Agility starts with leadership
Agile transformation rarely stalls because people have not heard the right vocabulary. It stalls when leaders keep rewarding certainty, control, local optimization, and risk avoidance while asking teams to adapt.
CAL 1 helps you examine that tension honestly. You will explore how your own choices shape culture, how to lead through complexity, and how to make change more participatory, resilient, and humane.
This is not a leadership lecture dressed in agile language. It is a facilitated space to compare perspectives, work with real situations, and translate principles into choices you can make immediately.

Where do you hold the line—and where do you let go?
The shift
Set clear boundaries and outcomes while giving capable people room to decide, experiment, and own how value is created.
Can high standards and psychological safety coexist?
The shift
Build environments where high standards, psychological safety, candid feedback, and sustainable performance reinforce one another.
