Course summary
Turn good intentions into skillful intervention
Agile coaches rarely struggle because they lack advice. The harder challenge is recognizing what a person, team, or situation needs—and responding without taking away ownership.
In this practical four-hour course, you will explore six complementary coaching stances—Advising, Leading, Teaching, Mentoring, Facilitating, and Coaching—and practise moving between them intentionally. You will work with realistic scenarios, test language that builds clarity and trust, and leave with a personal action plan for applying the skills in your own context.
“Superheroes Academy is brilliant. The way they structure their course's timeline, the content, discussions and knowledge of trainers is super impressive. They make you feel part of the course and part of each other's learning journey.”

Guide groups through divergence, the groan zone, and convergence while helping every voice be heard.
Coach

Troika Consulting
